I being using these bags for 2 years now and have had great success in freezing meats and vegetables. I had a pork roast last week that was in freezer 14 months and it was still perfect.

I use the 8" X 20' rolls for small items and long narrow items, like trout. I have been able to keep frozen fish for a long time and never have freezer burn. I like the ability to make the bags the size I need... saves money. I keep a supply of the 11" x 16' rolls around for larger items. Due to special diet needs, I cook batches ahead and freeze. Frozen foods stay at a great quality and I can freeze the food in portion sizes. I have used FoodSaver products almost daily for many years.

I love this product! I like the flexibility of the rolls – you can make whatever size you need to fit what you are freezing. I use the 8” rolls for almost everything – it’s a great size. I used to buy the 6” roll, but it is no longer available (I wish it was still available). I buy meat when it is on sale and freeze individual portion sizes – this saves me money and also helps me eat less since I can limit the size (great way to lose weight). Occasionally I have used the 11” rolls – but they are too big for most of my needs. The meats that I freeze do not get freezer burn and taste as good as when they were first purchased. I take the meat out of the freezer and thaw (still sealed in the bag) in a bowl of cold water and it is excellent! I highly recommend this product to save money, save time, and lose weight!

Been using Food Saver rolls for last 4 months. Very easy to make need size bags, and once made product seals well and stores excellent. Recommend everyone goes this way for bag needs.

We use the bags to freeze our garden harvest, meat, and bulk purchases. The food keeps much longer and stays fresher than using ziplocks and freezer paper. Also great for freezing leftovers.

I'm amazed by how versatile this product has proven to be. Too much flour to store in the cabinet? Right into the freezer in a made-to-fit container! No more freezer burn on meats, and no extra expense by having to double-wrap in multiple layers of freezer paper or even Ziplock bags! Don't be without it!!

I make artisan goat cheese and sell it in the local market, I pack my cheese and seal it to keep fresh. It is excellent to keep food in the cooler without getting wet.

I recently purchased replacement 8" and 11" storage bags. My wife and I are both retired and need only meals for two, but most recipes produce 4- 6 meals. With all the FoodSaver canisters, bags, etc we own, we can conveniently store the leftovers for future meals. In addition, we can take advantage of the savings from volume purchases of many food items and use our FoodSaver system to assure healthy meals in the future, not to mention a safe way to store my catch from frequent fishing trips. FoodSaver is a great system for value conscious people.

We have tried other sealant rolls, there is no comparsion, FoodSsaver out performs all others. With the ability to purchase multiple rolls at a saving, not only is it a great product but also an excellent value.

We've been using the FoodSaver system for almost 20 years. If I had to guess, I'd say we have vacuum packed at least 2 tons of fish, game, and other meat and cheese in that time. Nothing works like it!
